These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of numafi.com (the “Website”) operated by NUMAFI SOLUTIONS S.L., ("Numafi") a company incorporated under the laws of Spain with registered office at Calle Rio Nilo, Ubr. Altos del Rodeo, Manzana 17, Casa 5, 29660 Marbella, Spain and Tax Identification Number ESB22757561.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in what the use of it concerns. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.
Numafi is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Independent Sales Organization (ISO) specializing in risk management, compliance solutions, and payment processing services for merchants, acquirers, and other eligible business partners. Our goal is to provide secure, reliable, and efficient payment-related services that support the commercial operations of our clients.
Use of Numafi’s services is governed by separate contractual agreements, which outline the specific terms, conditions, obligations, and responsibilities applicable to each business client. Access to the Website or any services provided by Numafi does not constitute a contract or agreement unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
By accessing and using the Website, you agree not to misuse it in any way, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security features, or using the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise improper purposes.
This Website is the official online presence of Numafi, providing information about our services and company details.
Numafi provides its services exclusively to merchants, acquirers, business partners, and other eligible commercial entities (“Business Customers”). We do not provide services directly to individual consumers, and our Website, products, and services are not intended for personal, household, or non-commercial use.
Specifically, Numafi does not offer consumer-facing payment services, e-wallets, remittance services, or any other services intended for individual end users (“B2C Services”).
For inquiries or issues related to transactions, refunds, or disputes, consumers should contact their merchant, card issuer, or relevant financial institution directly. Numafi assumes no responsibility for any disputes or problems arising between consumers and merchants or financial institutions.
By using our services, you confirm that you are a qualified business entity and that you are accessing and using the Website solely for legitimate commercial purposes in connection with your business operations. Numafi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who does not meet these requirements.
By submitting the merchant onboarding application form available on this Website, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that the information provided including but not limited to business name, jurisdiction, contact details, processing volume, chargeback and refund ratios, rolling reserve requirements, settlement preferences, and currency options is being submitted solely for the purpose of initiating a preliminary assessment (prescreening) by Numafi.
This prescreening process is intended to determine whether the applicant meets the minimum eligibility criteria set by the Numafi and does not, under any circumstances, constitute the formation of a contractual relationship, an offer of services, or a binding commitment by the Company or any affiliated third-party acquirer, payment service provider, or risk solution partner. The submission of this application shall not guarantee onboarding, approval, or the provision of any services. Any actual engagement for payment processing, fraud mitigation, data reporting, or any related activities will only take place under a separate and duly executed agreement, explicitly outlining the terms, conditions, and commercial obligations agreed upon by both parties.
All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Numafi reserves the right to request additional documentation, adjust evaluation criteria, and reject applications at its sole discretion, with no obligation to disclose the reasons for such decisions. Furthermore, any data shared through this form may be used for internal evaluation, compliance checks, and communication related to the onboarding process, and may be shared with trusted third-party service providers solely for those purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By proceeding with the submission, the applicant accepts these terms and understands that the application serves only as an expression of interest to initiate a commercial dialogue, subject to further review and mutual agreement.
